We launched our wellness focused expo in 2023 and after a very successful event, we are so excited to be launching our second iteration of our wellness expo!

What is A W A K E N Wellness Expo 2024?

AWAKEN Wellness Expo was created in response to a need for wellness focused events in Canada. There are many wellness inspired events around Canada, however, AWAKEN focuses on holistic, alternative, New Age, Esoteric, and other forms of unique forms of wellness. Wellness and Spiritual Wellness are the main focus of this expo. We want to highlight the absolute best vendors, practitioners, services, etc.

We chose February for this expo as it's often one of the most dreadful months of the year. It's cold, it's dark, it's dreary. This is the time to awaken yourself and prepare for spring. This is the time to look at the bright side, focus your energy on spring coming and retune your energy to the positive energy that comes with spring and summer. This expo has been created to provide a platform to educate and create a space that's high in vibrational energy and your one stop shop for everything wellness focused of the mind, body, and spirit.

Our mission is to curate the best of spiritual wellness & wellness focused vendors, practitioners, readers, coaches, guides, services, goods and more!

1 / Are you accepting vendor applications?

Our applications are now CLOSED!

We have space currently for 40-50 vendors!

AWAKEN Wellness Expo carefully curates our vendors as the applications come in. Should we receive too many of any one type of vendor, we will email you to let you know that the we can not accommodate your vendor application and will issue you a refund.

Please note that vendor spaces are on a first come first serve basis.

1 / What will it cost me ?

Vendor Basic - $145.00 + GST (incl. 8ft table and chairs)

2 / I am an Esoteric Service Provider, are their limits on what I can charge for my services?

AWAKEN Wellness Expo 2024 has opted to set a minimum service fee of $25.00. We have applied this service minimum charge to ensure that all vendors have equal opportunity to receive customers at the expo. Please note that there is no price cap on how much you may charge for your services.

3 / When, Where, What Time?

WHEN: Saturday February 17th, 2024

WHAT TIME: 9:00AM - 5:00PM

4 / Are Customers Being Charged an Entrance Fee?

Yes, customers are being charged an entrance fee of $5.00. Youth under the age of 12 are FREE.

5 / Will vendors be able to set up the day before?

Yes, we will allow all vendors to come set up on Friday Feb. 16th from 7:00PM until 10:00PM. Please note that you may arrive between 7-9PM to set up as the AWAKEN Wellness Expo staff will be leaving the venue at 10:00PM.

Thanks for applying! note that not all vendors will be accepted as we want to carefully curate this expo to focus on all things wellness of the mind body and spirit/soul. If we find that your products or services do not align with this expo, we will advise accordingly. We may also suggest that your products or services may better suited for one of our other markets or events. An application may also be declined if we have already reached our capacity for each service / goods that are being sold. We want to ensure that we do not have too many of the same things as we want everyone to have a successful day!
