FAQ Details for Market Vendors: Become a vendor at The New Moon Market, Calgary's BEST pop-up market. We focus on local-made and artisan vendors. We at Pagan Spirit Events want to promote and curate a positive market for all our guests with unique vendors from around our community. *** ATTENTION ALL TAROT READERS, ENERGY WORKERS, MEDIUMS, AND SPIRITUAL GUIDERS/HEALERS - Please contact us prior to booking a vendor table, we want to know in advance that you are seeking to book a vendor spot at our markets. We have limited spots for readers and healers at our markets. *** All market vendors will receive a 8x4 space with a table and chair (additional chairs may be added upon request). If you require more then one table, please purchase two vendor tables (unless you are bringing your own table, there is no discount or additional surcharge for bringing your own extra table to use.) Coffee, tea, and water will be provided for our vendors. We also include a light snack for our vendors. Beverages and light meal are based on 1 person at a table. If you will have other at your table then there will be a $5.00 charge if they want to take part in the drinks and meal. Please ensure you fill out all information as detailed as you can. **AFTER BOOKING - Please email us a bio about yourself and/or about your business with a few photos of your goods or headshots of yourself. *Email Subject Line: New Moon Market - (MONTH) - Vendor Bio & Photos* Failure to comply with this, could mean your forfeit your space at the market. Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your space at the market, you will have up to 14-days prior to the market for either a refund or to reschedule your vendor space for up to one (1) market in the future. Cancelations any closer to the market than 14 days are not eligible for refund but may be eligible to rebook for (1) future market. Should you cancel after us rebooking you for a future market, there will be no refunds or rebooking. You will forfeit your space and the full vendor space fee. No-shows are NOT eligible for a refund or rebooking to a future market dates and may risk being barred from any future Pagan Spirit Events. Should there be an emergency that requires you to cancel, please email us directly at paganspiritevents@gmail.com.
