Pagan Fest 2024 Sponsorship Package

Service Description

Your Sponsorship helps Pagan Spirit Foundation to hold these much needed events for the New Age, Pagan and Spiritual communities. Our sponsorship package is $300.00 + tax. Included in your sponsorship package will be full advertising on all our platforms. Your business logo on our merch and first choice on location for the your table/booth. Your meals are included and you will receive x4 tickets for guests. Join us for the Second Annual Southern Alberta Pagan Fest, hosted by Pagan Spirit Foundation. This all-day event, featuring both outdoor and indoor activities, includes mini workshops, music, poets, and the Green Fairy Cauldron Lounge. Finish off the day with an adults-only (18+) fundraising evening. Don't miss out on this celebration of community and connection. Join us at Pagan Fest 2024 on Saturday September 7th 2024 at the Crossroad Community Centre in Calgary, AB. We hope to see you there!

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your space at the market, you will have up to 14-days prior to the market for either a refund or to reschedule your vendor space for up to one (1) market in the future. Cancelations any closer to the market than 14 days are not eligible for refund but may be eligible to rebook for one (1) future market. Should you cancel after us rebooking you for a future market, there will be no refunds or rebooking. You will forfeit your space and the full vendor space fee. No-shows are NOT eligible for a refund or rebooking to a future market dates and may risk being barred from any future Pagan Spirit Events. Should there be an emergency that requires you to cancel, please email us directly at paganspiritevents@gmail.com.
